A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the weekly rate is required.
The minimum age to reserve and rent apartments is 25.
All units are completely furnished with linens, towels, kitchen, dining equipment and cable TV.
Units are on housekeeping basis with cleaning prior to occupancy. Check-in-time after 3 PM, Check-out-time before 11 AM. Late checkout may be available for additional charge.
