reopened in the late fall of year 2002, under new management and new owners, totally upgraded, carefully renovated, beautifully decorated. Situated right on the famous Fort Myers Beach, with 7 miles of sandy white beach, this small, quiet little hotel is the perfect place for a sunny vacation in the tropical paradise called SW Florida.

The hotel exists of two buildings with a paved and beautifully landscaped courtyard in between.  The 6 apartments in the Gulf side building has one bedroom with either a  king-size bed or two large beds, one great room with a sitting areas, cable TV, a kitchen, with dining equipment and a large screened lanai (balcony) overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico,

The 5 apartments in the Court yard building are bigger but equipped the same way as the Gulf side buildings. The lanais are overlooking the tropical courtyard.

Tiki on the beach  offers our guests not only the beach and the Gulf. There is lots of other things to do on Fort Myers Beach, like fishing, shelling, sailing and other water sports, golf, and tennis. Shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters are nearby.
